A few details to know before securing your appointment — designed to protect your time and ours.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit confirms your appointment time and is applied toward your total service balance.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to adjust your arrival time, please communicate in advance — respect for time ensures a smooth experience for all clients.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid being charged the full service amount or facing future booking restrictions.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from future bookings.
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests, children, or visitors are allowed during your appointment unless approved in advance.
